For both the memory video and video storage, number each item with a sticky note or a Sharpie pen on the back of the photo.  Number them in the order you want them to appear on the video.  It is acceptable to make a list describing the item and giving it a number verses using sticky notes.  To avoid damage, do not write on the back of your photos with pencil or ink, do not use staples or paper clips.

When mailing your items, pack them carefully in a shipping carton.  Provide return mailing instructions with complete return address, a day and evening telephone number, and an email address.

Restoration request can be email but they must be scanned at 300dpi or higher.  Safely pack and mail your items to us at the below address.

Please contact prior to sending your items so that we can watch for their arrival.  You will receive an email upon their arrival and upon the completion of the project.
